Cost $31.00 for team members (includes team gift and year book) and $26.00 for family members and $13.00 family members 12 & Under.

Game Day Water Sign Up
Use this form to sign-up for supplying Water and Ice for the teams. If you do not take the cooler home with you prior to your day, cooler(s) will be on deck. Cooler(s) will be on the bus, again if you did not take it home with you, for all tournaments so water and ice should be sent with player.

Pasta Dish ( minimum size 9 x 12 disposable dish)
Salad (disposable 9 x 12 pan - Caesar or tossed, Caesar most popular and toss dressing prior please)
Bread (2-3 loaves cut up garlic or butter italian bread)
Drinks ( 2 - 1 gallon)
