Financial Information
Clarifications & important points from parent meetings about NEW statement policies.
1. All team members must have a credit card form on file. We will not charge anything without authorization, but it must be on file in the office.
2. When using your credit card, a maximum of $100 can be charged per month. We have to pay a fee each month for our charges. This opportunity will ONLY be available through December of 2008. At that time we will review whether we will continue to offer a charge option or not.
3. All members will receive a monthly statement through email. The monthly statement will show a lump sum due for the year and will reflect payments toward that sum. (fundraising &/or personal) Goal dates are set so each team knows what amount should be deducted from their bill by a specific date. Parents will also recieve an itemized billing that reports all items that were charged to you through your "lump sum". (this is not a monthly statement - one will be sent this summer & another in late winter to help you monitor your bill)
4. Fundraising does NOT include: uniform or apparel
Fundraising Goals
Flurries - your goal is $500. Due by: August 15th
Statements
If you would like your monthly statement MAILED to you PLEASE send an email to CSA requesting it - include in the email: participant's name, team name, a sentence that states you wish your statement to be mailed, and the address you would like it mailed to (preferably YOURS!).
ALL statements for the 2008-2009 cheer year will be emailed - please be sure the email address you have on file is current. Statements will only be printed if you request a printed copy.

Dance Team
If you are interested in dance you MUST email Ryan (his info is on the CONTACTS page). We will NOT have a dance team if you haven't contacted him by August 15th to express your interest in participating.
Community appearances
Trivia Night - Sept. 27th - Knight's of Columbus, Davenport, IA
Quad City Marathon - Sept. 28th (most teams have a breakfast following - Frost will practice, too)
Bettendorf Homecoming Parade - Oct. 2nd
