2009-2010 Crystal Lake Wizards Registration
Click on the link above to access the Crystal Lake Wizards Registration form for the 2009-2010 season. After you have completed all of the required questions go to the bottom of the page and click the submit form box to send your information as an email.
2009-2010 Crystal Lake Wizard Wrestling fees:
Registered on or before October 17th, 2009
$140.00
*IF REGISTERED AFTER OCTOBER 17th, 2009*
$150.00 late fee will be charged
This includes:
USA wrestling card (Cost per wrestler $40.00)
This is a mandatory card required by the IKWF in order for your child to compete. This serves as an insurance policy to protect your child as and the IKWF, USA wrestling and the club in case of injury
End of year banquet: (Cost per wrestler $17.00)
All wrestlers and coaches are free to attend our end of the year team banquet that is held in April.
All scheduled practices:
You will be assigned to a group and you may attend any and all practices for your group during the season. Some wrestlers may be asked to attend extra practices with the group above to see if they are ready to be moved to the next level
Fundraiser:
In addition to the registration fee there will be a mandatory fundraiser in the beginning of the season. This years fundraiser will be a raffle and you must sell or purchase $100.00 in raffle tickets. These tickets are $5.00 a piece and must be turned in by November 25th, 2009. These tickets will be pre-purchased and turned in by each member.
Refunds:
All requests for refunds for the 2009-2010 Wizards wrestling season must be received in writing prior to November 14th, 2009. The refund will only include the sign up or registration fee this does NOT include a refund on the raffle tickets or yearly fundraiser. After review of refund request the check will be mailed. The amount of the refund will be for the registration fee minus $35.00 for the IKWF card that we are required to purchase upon registration.
