Entry ID: 1621438 | Go Braves! Baseball has such great memories. One of my best players was a 12 year old pitcher I had back in the 1980's who would take a miniature 'GI Joe' action figure to the mound and place it next to his feet when he pitched (for good luck I suppose--we did win a title that year). But the weird part is that the other teams just laughed. Nobody ever complained about the toy.
Have a terrific season!
Best regards from Rick Fishman, author of Sandlot Summit, the funniest youth baseball story ever.

Entry ID: 1369892 | The head coach Eddie Sanchez has done a good job this year with the team. He is very patient with the kids and parents. Coaching can be a very tough job especially with a recreational team. Keep up the good work Braves. A Win is a Win! |
