There is a meeting tonight (June 8th) at which time we will determine the dates, time and locations for all the sub-district and district tournaments. Check the website later tonight or Tuesday for that information.

I agree with Amy on that one. It was a great hard fought game and all the players should be commended for their efforts. As the season is winding down it will be a very close race for the second half championship. I encourage everyone to come out and support these players. And hey it's FREE entertainment.

I would just like to take a moment to say THANK YOU to the Minor league players of Aulton Vann Insurance and Compton Engineering. Last night's game was one of the best I have seen in a long time and win or lose both teams played their hearts out. You guys kept the parents on our toes and biting our nails to the very end. Each and every player displayed determination and great sportsmanship and the combination of the two make the night perfect. You boys should be very proud of yourselves and your coaches should be just as proud!

Good morning all, I was curious as to has the city ever visited the idea of recycling at the ball fields? When walking around at the end of the night, the trash cans are filled with plastic Mountain Dew, Coke, and Gatorade bottles. I do understand that the park is primarily maintained by the city, but was wondering if anyone has ever brought this up with the city? The city expresses the concern with our landfill and how much money they save with individual households recycling, so can you imagine the money they could save with recycling at the ball fields? Or does anyone know who within the City this idea could be brought to? Thanks to all for their time and attention they already give at the ball fields it is always appreciated!!!!

There is really only one person to choose in the At Large race in my eyes. One of the men seeking election goes to Gulfport to put on baseball tournament, when he could put them on right here in our great City. Instead of bringing people to Pascagoula to play ball, eat at our local business, stay at our local hotels and purchase gas for our local stations, he brings that business to Gulfport. So on May 5th vote for the one who cares about Pascagoula. Vote Harold Tillman Councilman at Large.

Why is no one using the Forum? If you are having problems with it please list the problems on the guestbook and I will look into it. I think we could have some very interesting converstions and discussions by using the forum. It would help keep all the post that pertainrd to each other grouped so everyone could follow along.
