Entry ID: 1545846 | Hey coach Rohweder. I really enjoy the site. I was going to play community college ball, but instead got activated full time working at the 148th Fighter Wing guard base and going on tours. I have been in the guards since 2001, right out of high school, so 8 years now. If you need any help in the years to come, let me know. Hope all is well. Keep up the good work.
Take care,

Entry ID: 1541481 | I just wanted to say that your website devoted to baseball is very well done. I am a former PHS grad (1974) and would encourage PHS to develop similiar sites devoted to the rich history of PHS athletics. Your page devoted to "Eggs" was very well done (he was my former teammate). I had the privilege & honor of being a teammate in football and basketball...he was a very humble and devoted athlete and 1 of the best I have ever known. I was a coach for 24 years and wish that I could have "cloned" Terry not for just his athletic ability but for his great attitude on/off the field.
As a sidenote, you may want to correct 1 thing in his bio. We did have a post-season game his senior year, though it was not a run for a state championship. We played Mt. Iron in a bowl game (we lost that game in the last few minutes) but Terry had another fantastic game. Those of us that played in it like to refer to it as the "Blizzard Bowl", because it was played in blizzard type conditions on the Iron Range. |
