                       SADECKI SWINGS INTO THINGS!

    January 29, 2007 (Lincroft, NJ)

2006 Middletown North Lions Center fielder  Chris Sadecki has joined the Brookdale Community College Baseball Program.  Brookdale is one of the premier powerhouses of college baseball and Chris looks forward to joining the successful Jersey Blues.  "I am real excited about playing at a very well respected program like Brookdale.  Coach Johnson has established a great foundation that I believe will help me succeed at this level". Chris will likely be the starting center fielder this spring as the Jersey Blues look to open their season this March in Cocoa Beach, Florida.  "I am grateful for the great baseball people I have had in my life and I look forward to taking that knowledge into my college career".

    GOOD LUCK CHRIS!

    June 22, 2007-

Vinnie Avella of CBA slammed a two-run home run in the bottom of the 10th inning to give Monmouth a 6-4 victory that evened the series at 1-1.  Middletown North Lion graduate Al Rodriguez shined in relief when he took the hill in the seventh inning.  Rodriguez allowed o runs, while striking out two Ocean County batters and surrendering one hit.  A-Rod's performance helped lift the Monmouth County Senior All-Stars to a 6-4 victory.  Proceeds from the game benefited the American Cancer Society and the New Jersey Special
