    GAME STANDARDS:

    EAR RINGS ARE OK AS LONG AS NOT DANGLING.
    NECKLACES MUST BE TUCKED IT.
    NO SHARP OBJECTS EXPOSED. EXAMPLES: STUDDED WRIST BANDS,SPIKE COLLARS.ETC.
    HATS WITH BILLS MUST BE TURNED AROUND BACKWARDS.

    FLOW OF GAME:

    GAME IS DIVIDED INTO 4 QUARTERS ( 10 MINUTES PER QUARTER ).
    CLOCK WILL RUN NON STOP UNTIL 2 MINUTES LEFT IN 2ND/4TH QUARTERS.
    TIMEOUTS PRIOR TO LAST 2 MINUTES IN 2ND/4TH QUARTERS CLOCK DOES NOT STOP.
    2 MINUTES AND BELOW IN ONLY THE 2ND/4TH QUARTERS CLOCK STOPS ON: CHANGE POSSESIONS,OUT OF BALANCE,TIME OUTS,SCORES,KICKOFFS OUT OF BALANCE,DROPPED PASSES,REFS TIME,SERIOUS INJURIES.TIME STILL RUNS ON: BAD
    SNAPS,PLAYERS QUESTIONING PREVIOUS CALLS.
    A BALL CARRIER IS NOT DOWN UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN TWO HAND TOUCHED,WHISTLE BLOWS,BALL IN THEIR POSSESSION TOUCHES THE GROUND,GOES OUT OF BOUNDS,OR IS TOUCHED WHILE ON GROUND.WHEN IN GAMES ENDING KNEE TOUCHES GROUND.IF A BALL CARRIER FALLS DOWN, HE MAY GET BACK UP UNLESS HE WAS TWO HAND TOUCHED WHILE ON THE GROUND.
    AWAY TEAM MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A ALTERNATE JERSEY IF NEEDED.
    ON A NON TIMEOUT, IF A 11TH PLAYER IS IN THE HUDDLE AND LEAVES THE FIELD OF PLAY WITHOUT CALLING A TIMEOUT TO STOP THE PLAY BEFORE IT GETS CALLED,5 YARD ILLEGAL PARTICIPATION PENALTY WILL BE CALLED.
    ALL PLAYERS MUST STAY BEHIND THE TWO SETS OF 20 YARD LINE MARKERS.5 YARD PENALTY WILL BE CALLED WITH OUT QUESTION.
    LEAGUE HAS A INTENTIONAL GROUNDING POLICY.QB MUST BE OUTSIDE THE POCKET TO THROW BALL AWAY,WOULD BE RECEIVER IN 5 YARD AREA,BALL MUST TRAVEL AT LEAST BACK TO LINE OF SCRIMMAGE.SACK WILL BE AWARDED AND LOSS OF DOWN.
    NO 2 ON 1 BLOCKING AT ANY POINT OF GAME.PINBALL EFFECT(BLOCKING INTO ANOTHER BLOCKER WHO THEN ENGAGES INTO A BLOCKING FORMATION) IS NOT 2 ON 1 BLOCKING.5 YARD PENALTY.

    COIN TOSS:

    AT LEAST ONE CAPTAIN FROM EACH TEAM MUST BE PRESENT AT COIN FLIP.
    AWAY TEAM CAPTAN CALL HEADS OR TAILS IN THE AIR.
    WINNER OF COIN TOSS HAS 3 CHOICES. 1) DEFER MAKE CHOICE AT HALFTIME. 2)TAKE THE BALL NOW. 3)CHOOSE TO PLAY DEFENSE BY KICKING TO OTHER TEAM.COIN TOSS LOSER MAY THEN CHOOSE DIRECTION OF BALL.
    MAKE SURE OF YOUR CALL.LOSING TEAM AT HALFTIME IS NOT GUARANTEED BALL TO START THE SECOND HALF.ONCE COIN FLIP IS OVER AND CAPTAINS ARE DISMISSED,TEAMS THEN HAVE 2 NINUTES UNTIL KICKOFF TAKES PLACE.DELAYS WILL RESULT IN 5 YARD DELAY OF GAME PENALTIES.

    KICKOFFS:

    KICKING TEAM KICKS FROM IT'S OWN 40 YARD LINE.
    RECEIVING TEAM MUST HAVE 5 PLAYERS AWAITING KICKOFF AT THE 40 YARD LINE.
    ONSIDE KICKS ARE ILLEGAL.BALLS KICKED OFF ARE FAIR PLAY IF NOT TOUCHED BY RECEIVING TEAM.EXAMPLE BALL GOES INTO ENDZONE,RECEIVING TEAM DOES NOT DOWN IT,KICKING TEAM MAY TRY TO RECOVER AND RESULT IN SCORE.BEST INTEREST IF RECEIVING TEAM DOWNS BALL EVEN IF IN QUESTION TO COMPLETE THE PLAY IN PROGRESS.
    IF A BALL HITS OR BOUNCES OF A PLAYER,PLAY IT LIKE A LIVE BALL UNTILL IT HITS THE GROUND OR PLAY IS OVER.BALL THAT HITS A RECEIVING PLAYER THEN FALLS TO GROUND IS CALLED A MUFF AND IS DEAD AT SPOT OF HITTING GROUND.
    BALLS KICKED OUT OF BOUNDS : RECEIVING TEAM HAS 2 CHOICES: TAKE BALL WHERE WENT OUT AT IF PRIOR TO THE 35 YARD LINE OR HAVE FIRST AND 5 AT THE 35 YARD LINE IF IT WENT OUT PAST THE 35 YARD LINE.
    BALLS THAT ARE DOWNED IN ENDZONE OR TRAVEL THROUGH THE ENDZONE ARE BROUGHT OUT TO THE 20 YARD LINE.
    OFFSIDES ON KICKOFF IS FIVE YARDS REKICK.RECEIVING TEAM CAN DECLINE THE 5 YARD REKICK AND TAKE FIVE YARDS ADDED ON TO THE END OF THE RUN IF PENALTY IS ON KICKING TEAM.
    IF UNDER 2 MINUTES IN 2ND/4TH QUARTER BALL GOES OUT OF BOUNDS ,NO TIME IS TAKEN OFF THE GAME CLOCK AS RESULT.EACH GRANTED REKICK WILL TAKE TIME OFF THE CLOCK FROM POINT THE BALL IS STRIKED UNLESS GOING OUT OF BOUNDS.
    IT IS COACHES JOB TO ENSURE ALL PLAYERS KNOW THE RULES PRIOR TO AND AFTER KICKOFF OCCURS.LEAGUE WILL NOT GIVE DO OVERS FOR NOT KNOWING THE RULES.
    THERE IS NO BLOCKING ALLOWED ON KICKOFFS.10 YARDS FROM SPOT.

    SCORING:

    1 POINT KICK/RUN/PASS FROM 1 YARD LINE.
    2 POINTS SAFETY,RUN/PASS/KICK FROM 3 YARD LINE,TRY AFTER RETURN FOR SCORE.
    3 POINTS FIELD GOAL,RUN/PASS/KICK FROM 10 YARD LINE,TRY AFTER RETURN FOR SCORE.
    4 POINTS TRY AFTER KICK FROM 20 YARD LINE.TRY AFTER RETURN FOR SCORE.
    6 POINTS TOUCHDOWN.
    20 POINTS POINTS AWARDED FOR FOREFIT WIN.

    FUMBLES:

    THEY ARE BLOWN DEAD AT SPOT THEY HIT THE GROUND.PLAY STOPS AT THAT POINT.ONES LOST BUT CAUGHT IN THE AIR,MAY BE RETURNED AND ADVANCED.GAME CLOCK DOES NOT STOP .

    BAD SNAPS:

    ARE BLOWN DEAD AT SPOT OF TOUCHING THE GROUND.GAME CLOCK DOES NOT STOP RUNNING. GAME OR HALF CAN END ON BAD SNAP.IF BAD SNAP TOUCHES OR GOES THROUGH ENDZONE,SAFETY WILL BE AWARDED.MUST THEN KICK/PUNT FROM OWN 20 YARD LINE.BALL CAN ONLY BE DOWNED BY KICKING TEAM AT THIS POINT NOT RECOVERED.IF GAME CLOCK EXPIRES,MUST BE A KICK/PUNT TO OPPOSSING TEAM.BALLS THAT GO OUT OF BOUNDS WILL BE REKICKED FROM 15 YARD LINE.UPON COMPLETION OF RETURN RESULT, GAME WILL EITHER END OR SCORING TEAM IS GRANTED TRY AFTER .

    BAD SNAPS ARE BLOWN DEAD AT SPOT .IF FOURTH DOWN BALL GETS TURNED OVER ON DOWNS,IF ANY OTHER NON TRY AFTER TOUCHDOWN BALL IS MARKED BACK AND ANOTHER TRY IS LEGAL UNTIL FOURTH DOWN OR TIME IS ELAPSED.FOR EXAMPLE TEAMS KICKING ON 2ND/3RD DOWN IN CASE OF BAD SNAP TO END A HALF OR GAME.

    CAN BE RETURNED IF CAUGHT IN AIR IF SHORT/BLOCKED AND RETURNED FOR 6 POINTS.

    TRY AFTER TOUCHDOWNS:

    CAN BE RETURNED FOR EQUAL SCORE OF WHAT OFFENSIVE TEAM WAS GOING FOR.
    RETRIEVE YOUR OWN BALLS.
    EVEN IF HALF OR GAME IS OVER,SCORING TEAM GETS RIGHT TO TRY AFTER SCORE POINTS.IF GAME IS CLEARLY A BLOW OUT ,NO TRY WILL BE GRANTED.

    OVERTIME:

    COIN TOSS AGAIN.SAME PROCEDURE AS WAS DONE TO START THE GAME.
    EACH TEAM GETS EQUAL CHANCE FROM 25 YARD LINE TO SCORE.TEAMS WILL BE AWARDED A FIRST DOWN AND GOAL ONCE THEY HAVE CROSSED THE 25 UNLESS SCORE HAPPENS OR FIELD GOAL TRY .MISSED FIELD GOALS OR FAILURE TO SCORE RESULTS IN OTHER TEAM GETTING THE BALL AT THE 25 YARD LINE.SAME RULES APPLY.
    IF BOTH TEAMS SCORE SAME AMOUNT OF POINTS OR NONE AT ALL,ADDITIONAL OVERTIME PERIOD WILL FOLLOW.ORDER OF WHO HAS THE BALL FIRST REVERSES WITH EACH OVERTIME PERIOD.PLAY UNTIL THERE IS A WINNER.
    EACH TEAM WILL BE GRANTED 1 TIMEOUT PER OVERTIME PERIOD.

    FIGHTING:

    THE LEAGUE HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING.IF YOU FIGHT AND IT IS PROVEN YOU STARTED IT OR YOU JOINED IN,YOU WILL BE TOSSED FROM THE LEAGUE NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
    TEAMS THAT WISH TO TRY TO FIGHT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PART OF THIS LEAGUE FULLY, WILL BE TOSSED WITH NO MONEY REFUNDED OR AWARDS GIVEN OUT.IF A PLAYER ON THAT TEAM WISHES TO CONTINUE WITHOUT BEING ON THAT TEAM AND IS PROVEN NOT TO BE A FIGHTER,IT IS SOLELY UP TO MR.REED ON THAT PLAYERS CHANCES OF PLAYING AGAIN.TEAMS THAT GET TOSSED WILL NOT BE ASKED TO COME BACK FOR FUTURE K.T.O. EVENTS.
