Re:         BCML 1U6 thru 18U Info

 Insurance requirements

·         All teams must have insurance and provide the BCML with an additional insured certificate seven days prior to the first game or you will automatically be added to the BCML insurance policy at the posted rates and charged accordingly. Insurance is mandated by the insurance underwriter, there will be no discussions or variance from this policy.

·         Each team must be able to provide any other team or venue an additional insured certificate upon request within a one week notice to suffice our scheduling and  rescheduling requirements.

·         Each player on each team MUST submit a signed copy of the BCML Waiver to the BCML or that player is not eligible to play. Managers that play any player not eligible will be suspended until the situation is rectified, this is a legal requirement.

The aforementioned insurance requirements have been a BCML policy for the past 6-7 years, there will be no deviation from these policies. If you need help, clarification, etc please go to the insurance info menu on the website or call 302-547-7712 Frank Hancock
