Somerset Area Soccer Club (SASC) is established in Somerset, PA. We encourage and promote soccer development in all our youth. Soccer gives a person the opportunity to engage in healthy recreation, sportsmanship, and good manners.

SASC is affiliated with the PA West Soccer Association. PA West offers competitive games between clubs with-in the league. PA West place teams into leagues based on their ages and skills. You can find more information about PA West by clicking on PA West Soccer

There are 2 sessions with PA West soccer with both running for 6-8 weeks. The fall session starts in Sept. and the spring session starts in April. Boys and girls may start playing as early as the fall session starting in a U-10 team division. We do not draft players. Players are asked or join a team. U-10 and U-11/12 teams generally play both the fall and spring sessions. Teams U-13/14 and up usually play in the spring session due to fall High School activities. In each session you may have 6-8 games, 4 home and 4 away. The home games are played in 3 local field locations. Home field locations can be found in "Directions/Maps" located in the Main Menu. The away games are generally located on the eastern Pittsburgh area, which is usually a 1 hour drive.
