Contact Penny Wagner to verify field conditions at 657-2571 or contact the opposing Beavercreek softball coach to verify field conditions.

Bellbrook --
The Bellbrook Coach will contact the visiting team Coach in the event games are cancelled or delayed due to weather.

Carlisle -- 

Status of field conditions are posted on the Carlisle Ponytail Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Carlisle-Ponytail.  Contact Josh Ferguson for field conditions at 937-238-8620 or contact opposing Carlisle softball coach to verify field conditions.

Centerville --
Status of Field Conditions are posted on the CBL website at www.cbltoday.org or the Parks District website at www.cwpd.org. Additionally,the Field Conditions Hotline Number is 433-2524.  Or, contact Centerville opposing softball coach to verify field conditions. 

Kettering (FKAL) --
Status of Field Conditions can be obtained by calling the City of Kettering Parks & Recreation District Hotline Number at 296-2445.

Miamisburg --

Springboro --
