Fence Banner Signs & Media Guide Information

2017

As a primary fundraiser, West Linn Baseball is selling field signs that hang from the outfield fence on the baseball field.  This advertisement is tax deductible (Tax ID #90-0408573) and benefits the baseball players at West Linn in numerous ways.  Our programs wouldn’t exist without generous contributions from the members of our community.

Your Standard sign will be 5’6”X 8’ and a Double sign will be 11’X 8’ made from heavyweight vinyl.  Signs will be displayed from March- July.  

This year we are doing our own Media Guide and offering very affordable rates for business cards ads, ½ page, and full page ads. Please see the schedule below for the sponsorship levels. 

When do I need to decide and pay? We are asking for a commitment ASAP and payment by February, 15 2017 or earlier. This allows us time to acquire the pertinent artwork and design the banner and provide a proof for you to review prior to production.

Steps for banner sponsorship & Media Guide Ad

1. Email the appropriate high resolution artwork files and any details you would like included on your sponsorship banner and/or Media guide to Kevin Lang (cfpkevin@yahoo.com).  Please provide all details that you would like included on your banner and/or Media Guide.  Name, Logo, Phone Number, Address, etc.  Banner will be on dark background (Dark Green). Adobe illustrator, eps or PDF files only please. Please send an Adobe illustrator, eps or PDF file for the Media Guide ad as well.
2. Your banner/media guide ad will be designed and a proof will be sent to you for approval.  Once payment is received your banner will be produced.
