All people coming in for suburban games will enter and exit the gym through the far doors (by the bathrooms) and only coaches, players, and refs will actually be allowed to walk on the court. Spectators will take their seats and not walk onto the playing floor.
THERE IS TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO ?SHOOTING AROUND? BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ACTUAL PLAYERS DURING HALF TIME OR TIME OUTS (of course the actual players won?t be on the court during time outs anyway 😉).
No one other than players (on the team that is actually playing) and coaches should be on the team sides during games. All younger players and parents must be on the spectator side throughout the game.
Coaches will encourage (or frankly, mandate) that players must change into basketball sneakers when they enter the gym. They should not be wearing ?street shoes? during playtime.
