A) BYLAWS
Section 1: Name. The name of this organizations shall be the East Texas Football League

Article III: Parliamentary Authority
Section 1: The "ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER" shall be the parliamentary authority for all matters of procedure not specifically covered by these bylaws.

Article IV: Membership and Voting Members
Section 1: Membership in this organization shall be open to all persons who sincerely desire to further its purpose expressed by these bylaws. Membership applications for players and parents will consist of the player application, all others will fill out the coaches' application. Once approved, all members will be subject to the EAST TEXAS FOOTBALL LEAGUE by-laws and division field rules.

Article VI: Board of Trustees
Section 1: General Assembly Members are welcome to attend any called meetings of the Board of Trustees.
