MATT TUGGEY SCHOLARSHIP WINNER ANNOUNCED!

The Matt Tuggey Scholarship Committee and SGSA are pleased to announce the awarding of the Matt Tuggey Scholarship to Rebecca Sheckels. Rebecca attended Country Day through the Breakthrough Program which provides academic enrichment for high achieving public school students from under-served backgrounds. Rebecca is attending TCU thanks to various scholarships and grants for outstanding academic students.

Funding for the scholarship was made possible from the proceeds of one of our select tournaments earlier in the year. These proceeds were matched by an anonymous donor. SGSA is proud to give back to the community and the young people who represent our future.

Sitting next to Rebecca is her high school coach from Fort Worth Country Day, Coach DeAnn Hall.
