Policy and Procedures for practice at Albion Field

We welcome you to an exciting new year with our team! Our focus is dedication and consistency with the children. As an organization dealing with children, we need All parents/guardians involved with the league.

Practice time starts at 6:30pm-830pm, please have your child there on time. They need to be dressed and on the field, Ready to start practice. It is important each player is ready when they step on the field. This year the coaches are focusing on discipline, self-esteem and coordination. Help our children of the Winslow Eagles become young men/women of the future.

No child (ren) will be allowed to walk on the field without their football gear on. They will have to remain outside the fence. They will be escorted or informed to stay off the field unless they have their equipment on.

Parents smoking or the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in or around Albion field

Winslow Eagles Youth Association

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

As we move into a new season, everyone has many concerns regarding the child (ren) safety. As an organization, the Winslow Eagles Youth Association is strongly committed to not only teaching our children the meaning of respect, unity and being a team player, but most importantly, keeping them out of harms way. The children are our #1 priority.

Due to the increase of violence in youth sports around our country, Winslow Eagles Youth Association has established and put into force a ‘ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. Acts such as physical or verbal abuse, profanity, taunting, fighting, drinking smoking and/or the use of drugs, absolutely will not be tolerated, at ANY activity associated with the Winslow Eagles Youth Association, HOME or AWAY. Show respect for your childs’ coach, if a problem occurs; speak to the Head Coach after practice or games. No one is permitted on any playing field (away or home), sideline or locker room, except for the Coaches, Players and Cheerleaders. Everyone permitted on the field will have to have a badge, no exceptions permitted.

Parents and Guardians are fully responsible for the actions, safety and welfare of their participating and non-participating child, as well as their own actions. Any action deemed unfit, in the presence of a child, will not be tolerated. Please be advised that any violations of this policy will result in you and/or your child being removed from all activities with the Winslow Eagles Youth Association, without refunds.

It is very important the focus is on the children and as adults; they look towards us to see how we handle certain situations. In order for them to learn how to solve problems appropriately there have to be guidelines put into place. This is very important for the Winslow Eagles Youth Association to put a plan of action in place for everyone to remain safe during this season.

Transportation

Players and cheerleaders are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from practices and games. Unless otherwise stated or required. Please inform a coach of any transportation problems. Parents are encouraged to car pool. Coaches are not responsible for transportation unless prearranged well in advance. Each player is expected to be on time for all games and practices.

Thank you all for your support!
