Registration for 2009-10 Season
Dear OYHA Parent:
It is time to look toward registration for the 2009-2010 hockey season. We hope your last season with the Ice Dogs was a great one.
OYHA registration for the 2009-2010 season will be held on August 10, 2009 between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Ozaukee Ice Center.
Please print two copies of the registration forms. All the necessary forms can be found below. To secure your placement on a team this upcoming season, you must register on time. Unfortunately, late registrations cannot be guaranteed a roster spot. Please try and make it to registration, but if you cannot, mail all paperwork to the address:

Again this year, you must go to the online registration for USA Hockey membership as well as WAHA dues. Importantly, the online registration is only for the USA Hockey membership, not OYHA. You still need to register for OYHA at registration.
Go to www.usahockey.com and click on the “register,online” button.Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.You must be 18 years of age to process a registration… Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.Select the correct season – 2009-2010Follow the prompts…fill in the data correctly.Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.Print your confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after registration is completed.Bring 2 copies of your confirmation page to registration.
Each player will need to pay USA Hockey/WAHA fee of $40 if age 7 or older, The USA Hockey fee is waived for players age 6 (birth year 2003) and younger.
OYHA registration papers will not be accepted if you have not registered online for USA Hockey.
OYHA Board is not currently expecting a fee increase for this upcoming season. At registration, all players will be required to pay the $650 registration fee – the same as for last season. This year we will only be accepting cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. We will no longer be setting up or accepting personal monthly installments at registration or for final invoicing.
If you have not completed your 2008-2009 payments, all payments made will be applied to the latest invoice owing. No 2009-2010 season registration will be processed unless all past due fees are paid in full.
No player will be permitted to attend “A”, “B” or “C” level tryouts unless player is registered at OYHA, USA Hockey and has made payment of the registration fee.
Final fee amounts will be invoiced after tryouts and the teams are set. Higher fees will apply for the “A” and “B” level teams. A $25.00 late fee will be applied to final invoicing where applicable. Final fee amounts will depend on the amount of ice time provided, skills sessions offered and roster sizes.
