2018 XR Baseball Player Profiles

Colton Denson - #5

Bio:  In 2017 Colton was a cornerstone of our infield at 1st Base.  He finished up the season showing his power potential by finishing with the second most doubles on the team.  This season we expect the same consistency from him while being able to utilize some of his versatility in numerous positions.

Keaton Clift - #23

Bio:  Keaton was our walking "Web Gem" defensively last year at 2nd Base.  When a game changing play needed to be made he was able to do just that.  This season we expect to ask Keaton to give us some reps at a few key defensive positions and we know he will be a huge asset on offense helping anchor big hits each game.

Korey Pelfrey - #1

Bio: Korey had a breakout season in 2017 by earning his way to the top of the lineup and consistently providing hits especially when they were needed the most!  He finished second in batting average on the team while leading the team in doubles for the year.  In 2018 we feel Korey may provide us with the most versatility defensive to help in keeping players rested when needed.

Jase Purser - #2

Bio: Jase turned into a scary force in the outfield last season.  His attitude and confidence are contagious which always makes him one of our team leaders that the others look up to.  No matter where Jase plays on defense or bats in the lineup he always impresses.  Look for big time "Top 10" type plays from him this season!

Jayden Fitzgerald - #25

Bio: Jayden is another one of our leaders and he always accepts challenges with open arms.  Last season we asked Jayden to take on a new position at Catcher and he excelled at it!  He is the example of being coachable while giving top effort every game or practice.  Excited to see what he brings to the team this year!

 Peyton Wilson - #55

Bio:  Peyton was able to get his feet wet last year with the XR group and fortunately this season he has decided to jump on full time.  Peyton brings another huge left handed batter to the lineup to provide more scoring opportunities for the team and brings a consistency on defense that will help keep us at the top of our age group defensively.  

Reagan Roberson - #9

Bio:  "Bledsoe" had a great season in 2017 by leading the team from day 1 to the end in batting average and throughout the season became an extremely important piece to our defensive puzzle.  Reagan never gets too high or too low and is always consistent.  The highlight of his season would probably be earning the MVP Award at the Ripken Experience!

Quiante Price - #0

Bio:  Q was a huge asset to the team last season with HUGE at bats.  He went yard on a 210 foot field in Middle Tennessee mid season but always came up big in big games with rocket shots all over the field.  This season due to schedule conflicts Quiante will serve as our "reserve" player so that we still have him at times during the season.

Brady Little - #24

Bio:  B Little is a difference maker and a huge piece to our team.  He provides incredible speed, a blistering strong arm, a run producing momentum changing bat, and a sense of humor that helps everyone involved stay cool, calm, and collected.  Brady always provides a spark when needed and this season we expect that will continue all the same!

Brayden Melton - #3

Bio:  Brayden was a huge addition for us in 2017.  He provided stellar play at SS and another consistent bat in the middle of our lineup.  While RBIs were not recorded during the season I would say that Brayden would have been right at the top of the team in that category.  He works very hard to improve his play every single week and we are fortunate to have him again in 2018!

Hagen White - #16

Bio:  Hagen is a new addition to our roster for the 2018 season and we can not be any happier to have him join us!  He brings 110% effort all the time, a great attitude and work ethic, and can truly play any position on the field.  He will give us a ton of flexibility defensively and could provide the spark we hoped to find for the lead off spot in the lineup.  

Maddux Hasty - #21

Bio:  Maddux is a player that brings a ton to the team!  He is solid at all areas of the game and his knowledge of game situations is second to none!  Positive attitude and versatility defensively with the ability to switch hit offensively will go a long way for the 2018 season.  We could not be happier to have Maddux round out our roster for the season and we are eager to get him with the rest of the boys to get going!
