5/8 D Qualifier @ Rivershore
We finished 2-2 in a D Qualifier at Rivershore this weekend. We ended up taking 3rd place for the tourney. We opened up laying a egg against Mount Trent Masonry 16-3. They jumped out early 9-0 after the first and coasted after that. The big loss that game was an injury to the "Chief". He ended up fracturing(slight) his leg. He will be missed for 4 weeks. We then rebounded and beat the eventual tourney champs, Hofrabraus 20-13. After that big win, we tried walking through our next game and did not wake up until late, in losing to Electric Masters 15-5. We finished the tourney with a 11-8 victory over Our Place Too. We played the tourney without are 3-4-5 hitters and without our number 2 hitter for the last two games.
