RECRUITMENT INTEREST INFORMATION~"about our program".

WE WANT YOU!!!

"THANK YOU FOR THE INTEREST WITH THE RUNNING REBELS.

The RUNNING REBELS BASKETBALL CLUB was founded in 1994,when there wasn't an affordable competitive basketball program for youth in the Rosemead area.

It has grown to be quite competitive program for players 8-17 years. Now players from around San Gabriel Valley and its surrounding areas participate. The year round program has been geared towards girls for a number of years and now we provide teams for boys.

Our program is based on education and participation. All players are to maintain a 2.0 Grade point average in order to participate. We compete in several different areas of Southern California, so parent participation is extremely important. "Everyone plays", is our philosophy.

These teams are for experienced players who are interested in playing Club basketball. These programs are AAU type events. These teams play shootouts and tournaments at least twice a month. Practices are held two to three times a week. All players must have at least a 2.0 GPA to participate.
