Single and full payment due to begin your order (one payment per team). All rosters must be supplied via electronic spreadsheet that includes: Player Number, Player name (spelled correctly!!), and Jersey size. Email your spreadsheet to ORDERS@JQDesigns.com. Please allow 5-7 business days for your decorating. All shirts and hats MUST BE in NEW and CLEAN condition. Rush services are occasionally available; please inquire if necessary; additional charges may apply.
