2009 Age-Weight Chart
Registration for 2009 will take place at the Americal Civic Center for Children who are between the ages of 7-15 as of July 31st, 2009 and meet the weight requirements (football only) of Pop Warner(see 2009 age weight chart above)

Returning Players and Cheerleaders-April 2nd 6:30pm to 8:30pm

New Players and Cheerleaders-April 9 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Football players must be present at time of registration.
Cost for 1 child is $200.00 Maximum cost per family is $300.00
This year each family will be required to prepay for their raffle tickets at a cost of $50.00.  This fee is included in the registration fees listed above.  You will be given a book of 10 raffle tickets upon registration.  If you choose to sell the tickets to friends and family you keep the money collected. The tickets can be turned in by mailing them to WPW, P.O. Box 530, Wakefield,MA 01880 or turning them in at the 1st day of practice.

NEW PLAYERS & CHEERLEADERS -  Original Birth Certificate or Certified Copy with a Raised Seal must be surrendered at time of registration.

Paperwork Required by 7/15 in order to participate Medical Release Form - must be dated after 1/1/09 and stamped by your childs physician
Final report card - copies should be turned in originals will not be returned.  Elementary schools please turn in a copy of the front showing the school year along with the inside.

Refund Policy Full refund of the registration fee of $150.00 individual or $250.00 family if notified in writing by July 1st.  After July 1st to August 3rd refund will only be issued if medically ruled out (doctor's note is required).  No refunds will be issued after August 3rd.  In order to receive a refund of $50.00 for the raffle tickets the raffle tickets must be returned.
