We are an organization that relies on community donations and fundraisers in order to provide our young athletes with necessary safety equipment, uniforms, travel fees, and more!

When soliciting for community sponsors &/or donations, please use one of the following forms:

** 2017 Donation Letter
** 2017 Donation Pledge Form
** 2017 Donation Receipt Form

Forms are located in the "FORMS" tab on the menu, and must be turned into our Inverness Storm Treasurer, Lisa Hilberer.

If a sponsor/business wishes to remain anonymous, you must at least turn in a Receipt Form so we can keep an accurate record of incoming funds. Thank you for understanding!
