LEAGUE MEETINGS AND REQUIREMENTS BEFORE OPENING DAY

This 2014 season there will be 3 League meetings
2nd Sunday of January 1st meeting. Must have $300 deposit for all teams looking to play for season. 

4th Sunday of January 2nd meeting. Must have $300 deposit for teams that are in for sure. No refunds will be returned once you have left your deposit from here on thru. Will start working on a schedule for all teams committed to play with our league.

2nd Sunday of February 3rd meeting. Must have full balance. Non refundable. This meeting is to finalize all things needing addressed from previous season or to implement new rules and regulations talked over. You will have access to the final rules and regulation on the website and emailed to you.

Any late entry teams that are looking to join after April 1st the league fee will be increased $150.00 after Opening Day. This also applies for teams with late payments.

ALL MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT Courtyard Ale House on 40th street and Queens Blvd, FINAL MEETING WILL BE AT A PLACE TO BE SELECTED TO SIT AND EAT AND GIVE OUT ALL FINAL PAPERWORK...

All rules and regulations should be understood and gone over with your respective teams, Every team will be given all paperwork that needs to be handed out will have been done by the last meeting.

Schedules will be posted on rrsoftballleague.org in march with the existing teams. and add-ons will be posted right away.

By all means if there are any changes in league fee's, rules and regulations, etc... We will give everyone sufficient time to relay this information so that everyone will always be on the same page. We are a team all in one. We all need to work together to make this a better place to be. You represent our league. I represent what we stand for.
