2016 Participant Fee Information:
Our fees cover any academic programs, group activities, and youth basketball in the spring/summer months.
The FULL yearly fee of $650, is due the final weekend of February.

Donations for our Youth:

Due to the high costs for college tours, academic supplemental supplies, leadership activities, and the travel basketball program--our expenses are quite high and we are very dependent on tax-deductible donations. Our youth are charged a fee to participate, but the costs far exceed these fees. We depend on fundraising and donations from good people and groups like you, in order to provide the best experiences possible. All sponsors and donors will be shown the proper appreciation on our website. We encourage you to donate as much as you can, and hope that we can count on your for years to come. The Wisconsin Streak Select Youth Organization thanks you, in advance, for any support and look forward to speaking with you about how you will assist us!

Adopt-a-Child Program:

We charge a fee of $650 for the youth who participate. However, the program expense for each participant is over $1000, so we definitely can use your help offsetting the costs. If you are interested in helping out a deserving youth in any way, who is unable to be a part of the Wisconsin Streak Select Youth Organization due to financial difficulty, please become a donor. All donations are fully tax-deductible:

FULL donation: $650
Partial donation: $325
Obviously, any donation is welcome. Please consider grouping up with friends, family, colleagues, church groups, and other organizations!
Program Sponsorship Packages:

All of our financial donations and sponsorships are fully tax-deductible. We really need your help. Along with our Adopt-a-Child Program, we offer the following opportunities:

Twin Community Partner package: $1300 (payable, $200 a month, covers 2 youth)
Purple Dream Team Package: $1950 (payable, at least $300 a month, covers 3 youth)
Gold Deluxe Team Package: $2600 (payable, at least $600 a month, covers 4 youth)
Silver SPONSORSHIP
$5000 (1 year commitment minimum)
Gold SPONSORSHIP
$10,000 (1-2 year commitment minimum)
Platinum SPONSORSHIP
$15,000 per year (2-3 year commitment minimum)

Premier Youth Organization Sponsorship:

We are also working quite hard to secure a CHIEF sponsor who will provide the premier backing to sustain our efforts with the leadership and academic programs for the Wisconsin Streak Select Youth Organization. These components are housed within the Leadership Academy link, and include a college tour and other activities. This ‘official’ program sponsor for our non-profit organization will be able to provide between $25,000-50,000 (payable in workable increments each month/year for 5 years). This sponsor’s logo (if applicable) and other necessary information will be featured on our website, and on some of our merchandising. We will welcome our donor and guests to our team banquet and other functions. Please contact us, if interested.

What will you get from the sponsorship?

1. Assisting us with our efforts to supplement education through our academic, leadership, and life-skills activities.
2. Receive updates about the youth that you sponsor through our program, and also spend time with the families during our team banquet in August.
3. Receive a Tax-deduction for such a worthy cause.
