Seaford Little League AED Program

In an effort to ensure the safety of our players and spectators, Seaford Little League is proud to announce that ALL Seaford Little League coaches are now trained to perform CPR and operate an AED.  The Seaford Little League and the Town Of Hempstead have worked together to certify all of our coaches in CPR and AED use.  Since 2016  ALL our coaches have been required to remain certified in these skills in order to be eligible to coach in our program.

Currently a total of 11 AED's are now located at Seamans Neck ParkWashington Avenue Park, Seaford High School, and Seaford Harbor School which comprise all of our field locations.  AEDs are kept in secure boxes which have been purchased by the Seaford Little League to house the AEDs as well as Ice Packs and First Aid Kits to help in less serious medical situations.  These boxes will be unlocked by our coaches before each game commences and then secured again once the game is completed.

The safety of our players, parents, spectators, and all persons at our fields is our top priority.  We will continue to enhance our AED program to best assure the safety of our players and spectators.  If you have any questions, please contact Seaford Little League at seafordll@msn.com.
