IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES

What is needed for participants:

Cheerleading:

-White turtleneck or plain white long sleeved shirt

-Red bloomers

     can be purchased at Deka in Hanover, or any cheer websites listed below

-Pure white sneakers, preferably cheer shoes

     Can be purchased at Flying feet in York, or at Omni cheer at www.omnicheer.com,  Campus teamwear at www.cheerleadingonline.com, Chasse cheer at www.chassecheer.com

-White Leggings (Flag Cheer)

-Tracksuits (Contact Cheer)

-White socks

Football players:

-hard rubber molded cleats (no screwed in cleats or sneakers)

-Athletic supporter, suggested but not required by league

-Gray sweatpants for flag football players only to wear during games

Contact Football Physicals:

 The league is not able to provide these this year.  You will need to schedule this with your doctor.

Equipment Handouts:  (At equipment shed in front of elementary school)

Contact football  Tuesday July 25 and Saturday August 5

If you have a child that also plays flag football or cheerleading, please do not ask for their uniforms at this time.  Flag football and all cheerleading will take place during pre-season at practice.

Practice:

August 7, 2017  Varsity football and Cheerleading

                   JV football and Cheerleading

Practice will be Monday thru Thursday evenings from 6pm-8pm for the 1^st 2 weeks (8/7-8/17)

Practice will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for the remainder of the season.

August 8, 2017:  Flag football and flag cheerleading

Practice will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6-7:30pm for the 1^st 2 weeks (8/8-8/17)

Practice will be Tuesday and Thursday for the remainder of the season.
