Curt Dees
The reason that McNutt Field is known as one of the best playing fields in our county is because of one man. Mr. Curt Dees has overseen the care of the field for many years. From planting grass, cutting grass, painting the lines, and everything else that McNutt Field craves, this is the man that takes care of it. Coach Steele often talks about how a High School program needs a involved and strong support staff. This is a man everyone in the city of Norphlet could look at to see just what Coach Steele means. Curt also serves as the Leopard's statistician. Curt resides in Norphlet with his wife and is the father of three Norphlet graduates.We all thank Curt Dees for giving our young men a beautiful playing surface and all the hard work he puts in for no charge. Thank You Curt for giving us a "Field of Dreams".
