ERIC COOPER
Chief Executive Officer
Eric is a former Assistant Basketball Coach of the WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury. He also coached in the ABA with the Southern California Surf team. He has been taught by some of the best players and coaches in the game including Lute Olsen, Magic Johnson, John Wooden Cynthia Cooper and Zmago Sagadin.
Eric has played at the highest level of European Professional Basketball as well as being a member of the 1996-97 Magic Johnson All-Stars. Eric currently owns a Professional Traveling All-Star Team, which travels the world with his DBI staff, playing basketball and mentoring kids, young adults and individuals.
Eric, his wife, Eileen, and their children, Eric Jr. & Ebony live in Ontario, CA.

EILEEN COOPER
Chief Financial Officer
Eileen Cooper's vision is to nurture generations of DBI participants who strive for excellence in all aspects of their lives. She founded DBI's academic program to complement Eric's physical fitness regimen. When the organization started, students who attended various clinics received tutoring from skilled volunteers.
As DBI's CFO, she continues to provide administrative support to ensure that all programs are operating smoothly.
Eileen received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Texas in San Antonio. After serving in the U.S. Army, she became a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for Diamond Shamrock and Avery Dennison. A native of historic Williamsburg, Virginia, Eileen's reward is seeing better educated students who live as responsible individuals.

STACEY JONES
Executive Assistant to President
Stacey Jones, BS, RN is Operations Manager of the Cancer Clinical Research Unit at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dream Builders Inc. has become a second full-time job for her, as her dedication and commitment to minority youth, young adults and individuals is the same vision shared by DBI.
Giving back to the youth of today by providing them with the necessary foundation of education, discipline, work ethic, and respect are what Stacey believes will assure the success of our next generation.
This model for success starts at home for Stacey who is the proud mother of her teenage son, Mark. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys watching and attending sporting events, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

VICTOR M.STELLY JR.(VIC)
Chief Operations Officer
Victor M.Stelly Jr.(VIC), a savvy businessman and devout Christian, prays that his motto for life will influence others to set a blueprint for success. Vic knows that God orchestrated his encounter with Eric Cooper via Chaplain Bell to help people bridge the gap between dreams and reality. Vic’s passion for sports, entertainment and the community led him to support the growth of Dream Builders Inc.
Vic’s professional experience is varied and littered with accolades. For sixteen years he held a pivotal role at the transportation giant UPS on a regional level.
At a young age, he partnered with his cousin and brother to help support and grow Stelly Entertainment, which is the umbrella corporation for restaurants, music festivals and film projects. His company has worked with various prominent productions such as; Sinbad's Soul Music Festival and Magic Johnson’s Mid Summer Night Magic; the movies Deep Blue Sea, Space Jam and an array of music videos, as well as involved as a family partner with the renowned restaurant, The Bottom Line and Finns & Feathers in New Orleans, Louisiana. An extremely adventurous and fun-loving person, he has a desire and need to help youth, young adults and professionals to identify and nurture their potential.

GEORGE BELL
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dr. George Bell serves as Director of Men’s Ministries at the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles, California. There he implemented a recovery program, which includes a holistic approach to healing, counseling, and discipleship.
Dr. Bell is a conference and seminar speaker for the International Union of Gospel Missions (I.U.G.M.), and the Christian Ministries Training Association (C.M.T.A.). Presently, Dr. Bell teaches Beginning Greek Grammar, Beginning Hebrew, Hebrew II, and Counseling at Pacific Theological University. He also serves as Chaplain for Supreme Court Management, which travels abroad with College Basketball Association (C.B.A) players in order to place them on international professional basketball teams. Dr. Bell is dedicated to winning souls for Christ, equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, and the development of evangelistic strategies for urban ministries and rescue missions.

MELANIE RAE
Marketing & Information Specialist
Working with DBI has all of the elements for Melanie Rae’s ideal career—she loves working with the community, traveling abroad, watching and playing basketball, and sharing her knowledge with others.
Melanie Rae is the founder of Black Butterfly Consulting, a small business development and technology training firm. She heralds from the academic city of Cambridge, Massachusetts and currently resides in Los Angeles. She has been teaching software applications to students in both academic and corporate environments for over six years and is well-versed in Microsoft and Lotus products. As a small business developer, her company manages diverse projects such as book publishing and business plan creation. She lends her technological expertise to coordinate the DBI web site and other marketing collateral. She is looking forward to helping Dream Builders Inc.’s academic component flourish.

BRANDON LEE
Athletic Business Development
Athletic Director Brandon Lee’s love of basketball began at an early age. His antics on the court throughout elementary and secondary school earned him a spot on South East Oklahoma University’s basketball team. After his sophomore year, he gained the attention of scouts who recruited him to play in a professional league in Germany. For two years Brandon led the conference in scoring, averaging 27 point per game.
As a DBI team member, he played in front of millions of fans in countries such as China, Holland and Luxembourg. Known for his humor, expertise and communication style, he has been tapped to lead basketball camps sponsored by Paul Piece (Boston Celtics), Tremaine Fowlkes (LA Clippers), and John Wooten (UCLA). As a key resource for DBI, Brandon hopes to develop and enhance participants’ athletic ability and character.
