Our Program Wish List
BENEFACTORS:
The Outlaws have always relied on the gracious giving of a few individuals. These anonymous benefators gave so that children would not be denied the ability to play. Because of their support, we have watched young players grow to become good students, State Champions at the High School Level, and student-athletes in college.If you or someone you know wishes to give so that young children can have the best experience they can learning about Life and Football, e-mail footballdirector@canyonoutlaws.net or webguy@canyonoutlaws.net
FIELD SPACE:
City Parks.
Write or call the Department of Parks and Recs. or commissioner. First, thank them for giving youth football a place to practice. Second, let them know what it means to you and your child. The City is flooded with field space requests every year. Limited space; thousands of citizens participating in sport activities. They do their best to distribute fields based on need. If we show the need, the better chance for more space. Then, our kids will not have to be out until 10pm practicing.
Schools.
Write or call the School, District, or the Athletic Director. Thank them for letting the Outlaws use the facilities. Parental involvement is influential in the districts decision to rent School property. Let them know what it means to you and the future student of that particular school.
BOARD MEMBERS:
Elections for the 2010 Executive Board will be in November. The positions we need to fill are:
PRESIDENT 2yr term
TRESURER 2yr term
SECRETARY 2yr term
ATHLETIC DIRECTOR 2YR TERM
FUNDRAISING/CANTEEN 1yr term
MEMBER AT LARGE 1yr term
(2 positions)
There will be 5 people on the board next year from 2009. Only one will have more than 1yr experience on the Executive Board. We need parents to step up and better the Outlaw Program!
