Dear Baseball Parents –

The season is upon us!  This is to let you know that we will once again be providing meals to the teams on away game school days/nights and would like to offer this option for your son. Your son is certainly not required to participate in this meal plan, it is just offered as a convenience on those busy away game days. 

The meals will be from Jersey Mike’s, Raising Cane’s and Chick-fil-A.  The meals will include sandwich, chips & bottled water.  Your son will be filling out a meal plan selection form with his meal preferences. Please note any food allergies.

Meals  will only be provided for away tournament and weekday games, (with the exception of any days off and spring break). 

 

Cost per team:

Varsity: $125

 

 JV Black:  $100

 

JV Red: 60

    

 If there are changes in the schedule after the season starts, we will adjust to ensure that meals will be provided.

Please complete player meal selection and payment through the online registration or turn in your form with payment.  You can make payment to Leopard Diamond Club by credit card or by check.   You may turn in your form and make payment at the Parent meeting being held Thursday,February 6th.

We need volunteers to serve the meals before the bus departs for the away games. Please make sure you sign up if you would like to help. Thank you in advance!
