Official USA Basketball Youth Development Organization!!!

LPGBA has been affiliated with USA Basketball since 2014 when USA Basketball bought the old NBA iHoops U12 & U19 Coach Certification programs (of which we also held certifications), rebranded and renamed the program to become the USA Basketball Youth Development Coaches License Program. Our coaching staff were some of the very first coaches to become licensed and certified with USA Basketball!

Our players are trained using the 7-Stage USA Basketball Long-Term Development Model and our players' development levels are now classified based upon the USA Basketball Player Development Curriculum. Player development and training takes years, not weeks or months. Parents must be dedicated to a long-term model of Basketball skill development for their athlete and not just trophy-chasing.
