Location: Montalvo Little League Fields (Next to Boys & Girls Club)

Ventura, Ca.
Dates: Oct. 10th, 11th, & 12th, 2008
(Friday night games will be scheduled for teams within 20 miles of site, and only if necesarry)
Rain out date: TBD
Fees: $400 if received before Sept. 26th, 2008
$450 if received after Sept. 26th, 2008
(We will not guarantee refunds once registration & payment is submitted.)

3. SEND PRINTED REGISTRATION FORM & PAYMENT TO ADDRESS ABOVE.
Divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U (may vary depending on interest)
(2008 Little League Playing Age - AGE AS OF 04-30-09 )
Will consider 8U, 9U, or 13U divisions based on interest, so register early
RULES: Combination of PONY & Little League (Little League override)
BIG Barrells Permitted; leadoffs-OK; Head First slides - ok
*Tournament rules & reciept to be mailed upon receipt of registration.
Team rosters including player name, age, DOB, and address, and proof of insurance or signed waiver form, required prior to playing first game.
