I wanted to give a final thought to our team as another season comes to an end. I found a new respect for our kids as I saw them mature during this season as they went through tournaments and regular season play. They fought hard and never gave up when the odds were against them or the weather turned up the heat. I can only say thank you for your hard work and dedication. It brought me joy to see the kid's smiling faces as they won 1st place time and time again. It is hard to see a team of this caliber go in opposite directions but the grass is always greener on the other side. I want to wish everyone good luck. I would also like to thank the parents for their dedication and hard work. For coaches with no professional training or select bball experience I think we did o.k. My hats off to you coaches for a job well done. I think I will quit while I'm ahead and retire my Head Coaching whistle but there will always be a need for an assistant somewhere.
