FORMER KRUSH GOLD PLAYER

MORGAN REITER NAIA NATIONAL CHAMPION!

"No. 1 ranked Concordia (Calif.) defeated No. 10 seed Spring Hill (Ala.), 8-3, at the 2013 NAIA Softball National Championship finale at the South Commons Softball Complex on Thursday.  The win was Concordia's first-ever national championship in softball." - Official Website of Concordia University Irvine Athletics

Morgan Reiter who is a 2009 Krush Gold Alumni is a member of the Concordia Eagles and the first National Champion from the Krush. Morgan had a great senior season and contributed to both their #1 national ranking and National Championship. Morgan had a season batting average of .423 with a slugging percentage of .704. She had 30 hits with 8 doubles and 4 home runs. She appeared in 39 games as her team compiled a record of 52-3. They won the Golden State Athletic Conference Championship enroute to the NAIA National Championship.

Morgan played for Marcie Holmes-Baker and Joe Garcia of the Gold team in 2009. Her parents are Tammy and Mike Reiter a former Krush Coach. Her sister Marla plays for Dixie State College in Utah. As is her family, The Krush family is very proud of her accomplishment and for representing The Krush and Central High School as a NATIONAL CHAMPION. Great job Morgan!
