DBA RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the League's responsibility to:
1. Provide the League Handbook to all coaches, team parents, players and parents.
2. Promote and encourage well-rounded student athletes, academically and athletically.
3. Distribute tournament schedules to directors before January 1st.
4. Submit rosters and all collected fees for AAU cards to the AAU office in Richmond, VA.
5. Assist each team parent by depositing teams funds and writing League checks for hotels, van rental, gas and food. Keep all account records.
6. Keep team parent aware of his/her team account balance.
7. Schedule tournament games and provide pertinent information to directors.
8. Coordinate requests from indivdual teams for van rentals to tournament trips.
9. Pay all fees associated with Warm-up tournament.
10. Pay each team's registration fee for Regional and State tournaments, (the Individual teams will pay national registration fee).
11. Pay all fees associated with the Future League, the High School League and Developmental League.
