    TEAM COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the Team Parent's responsibility to:

    1. Attend mandatory team parent workshops.

    2. Prepare a budget for each tournament, advise all player's parents of the per-player cost for each tournament and give each parent a report after each tournament.

    3. Collect money from each player/parent for each tournament. Personally submit all money, collection worksheets and checks directly to Alesia Fraizer-Johnson, League Coordinator. All checks will be made out to Denbigh Basketball Association or DBA. A $25.00 Return Check Charge will collected for each returned check. Allow five (5) business days for the League to make necessary business transactions. A team will not be allowed to clear their account until all submitted checks have cleared the bank. Separate team bank accounts are strictly prohibited due to IRS audits.

    4. Use expense worksheets during tournaments. Submit worksheets and all receipts to the League within (five) 5 working days upon returning from each tournament. Give final accounting of expenses to all interested parents.

    5. Coordinate fund raising activities with coach, players and parents.

    6. Coordinate travel plans (at earliest possible date) for each tournament. Advise parents and League of travel arrangements. Secure payment arrangements with the League for hotel, van rental and food (i.e., cashier checks, League checks) seven (7) banking days prior to departure.

    7. Ensure all League documents and medical forms are signed by the player/parent and submitted to the League.

    8. Have all documents (League and medical) present at all games.

    9. Work with the coach to make room assignments for tournament trips and provide supervision during tournament trip.

    10. Keep lines of communication open with coach, players and parents.

    11. Pay admission to all tournaments, unless the Head Coach has you listed on his/her roster.

    12. Work with the coach to collect each player's cleaned uniform, if applicable.

    13. Understand that playing time is NOT guaranteed.

    14. Any player picked up for a National Tournament must return to their home team after Nationals. NO EXCEPTIONS.
