JC Offensive lineman Carlos Lozano picks Utah on signing day

Junior College offensive lineman Carlos Lozano has committed to Utah and sent in his letter of intent, choosing the Utes over Washington State.

"Utah was the best situation for me and my family and the place that I feel most comfortable. Utah gives me the best chance to be successful."
