Winter Weather Policy

For the safety of our players and those who drive them, we have adopted the following policies for inclement winter weather days for the following off-season training activities:
 

1) Afterschool or Before School Training Sessions/Meetings.
2) MVP/VBC Camp. 
3) PVI Sunday Camp.

1) If Fairfax County Schools are closed or close early, all school training sessions/meetings scheduled on school grounds will be canceled for that day.

2) If it is neccessary to cancel MVP Camp, info will be posted under "BREAKING NEWS" on this website at least 2 hours prior to the start of the first session.

3) If it is neccessary to cancel the Sunday PVI Camp, info will be posted under "BREAKING NEWS" on this website at least 1.5 hours prior to the start of the first session.
 
 
Parents must make the final decision on whether or not you or your child will risk driving in wintry weather and/or poor road conditions; therefore all PVI Baseball winter training activities become "optional" when winter weather conditions create risk.
