RULE UPDATES EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2015

1. Forfeits

   1. Upon forfeit, winning team still must pay umpire fee for their wins.

   2. The team that wins via forfiet must present line up card with the players present to get credit for the 7 innings.

2. Stat Books and Scores

   1. Managers must text scores and send a PDF of Stat book to commissioner after game is over.

      1. Failure to do so will penalize players from qualifying innings for the games played that day.

3. Rosters

   1. Each team is allowed only 16 players including the active manager on the roster.

4. Playing with 8 Players

   1. If a game is started with 8 players the 9^th player in the line-up is an out.

   2. The 9^th players can come in any time during the game.

   3. 10^th batter cannot be added after game has started.

5. Rescheduled Games

   1. Playoff games are NOT able to be recheduled, unless weather does not permit the game from going on.

6. Playoff Structure

   1. In the event that there are an odd number of teams from the start of the season. The #1 seed will get a bye in the 1^st round

   2. In the event that there are still an odd number of teams in the 2^nd round the 2^nd seed will get the bye to the next round and so on.

   3. In the event a teams drops our during the season and is never replaced the team that is suppose to face them will get the forfiet wins in the playoffs.

   4. Mercy rule is suspended in playoffs.

SUPERSEED FALL RULE UPDATES:

1. 2^nd foul is Out.

   1. When batter has 2 strikes and fouls 2 more pitches off this is considered a 3^rd strike batter is out
