****All registrations must be paid in full at time of sign ups****
Managers may come in with a team of 8 players...there will be no tryouts...players will be assigned to teams to fill them out.
If you are a new player to Spring Valley we will need a COPY of your BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
We can accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and money orders.
Returned Check Fee - $25
