A CORI background check is required for all managers, coaches, board members, and any volunteer who will maintain regular contact with the players.  To accommodate this, an authorization form is required to be completed by each individual for whom a CORI check is to be submitted. If you have not submitted an authorization form, please go to CORI AUTHORIZATION FORM , complete and submit the form as soon as possible.
