Pineview will host a Minor League Sub-District Tournament starting July 3rd. No games will be played on July 4th. Please see link for entire Sub-District bracket. We still need many volunteers in the canteen and pressbox. Anyone who is able to volunteer, please contact Shelly Blackmon.

Pineview would like to acknowledge the great baseball accomplishments of one of our past players, Curtis Murphy. He was a 5 time Pineview All-Star player who played 3rd base and pitched throughout his career in Dixie Youth. He says that "those were the good 'ole days" and Pineview is where he had the most fun and made great memories. After leaving Pineview, Curtis became a 3 year Varsity letterman at Brookland-Cayce High School. He then attended Spartanburg Methodist Junior College, where he won the Male Pioneer outstanding student athlete award during his sophomore year. He finished his sophomore season with .313 batting average and 2 homeruns. Curtis is currently a junior at USC and recently became #43 on the USC baseball roster! We are very proud of Curtis for his successful baseball career, as well as his academic performance,and look forward to seeing him in the Big Leagues! Best Wishes, Curtis!!
PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR PARK CLEAN

We, the Pineview Board of Directors, are asking for your help in keeping our facilities clean and new. We are having problems with people not cleaning up after themselves in the bathrooms, as well as on the grounds. We ask that you clean your bleachers after each game and put all trash in the garbage containers. We also ask that you supervise your children in the restrooms, as there have been several unsanitary incidences since the season opening. Please understand that the Board members are volunteers and they put in a lot of time operating the facilities that are enjoyed by all. If you see anyone abusing our facilities, please inform a board member immediately. Thank you!
Welcome to Pineview 2009

Welcome to Pineview 2009 Spring Season! We are looking forward to another great season on all of our new fields!
Our Opening Ceremony will be held Saturday, March 7 at 11:00am on the Major League field. Scrimmage games for Coaches Pitch, Minors and Majors will begin at 12:15pm.
Please be advised of the following rules that have been put into effect to keep our new facilities safe and clean:
1. Pineview is an alcohol, tobacco and drug free facility. Use of any tobacco product, alcoholic beverage or illegal substance within the Pineview complex is prohibited.
2. Pets are not allowed in the Pineview complex.
3. Parking on any grass areas in or around the Pineview complex is prohibited.
4. For the safety of all, skateboards, skates (including Heelies), bicycles, scooters, etc. are prohibited within the Pineview complex.
5. To preserve our Miracle Field, only PAL players and volunteers are permitted on the Miracle Field.
6. Press box volunteers under the age of 17 years must be accompanied AND supervised by an adult.
Thank you for supporting Pinview and abiding all rules. Violation of any Pineview rules shall result in suspension or expulsion from the Pineview Dixie Youth complex.
