Sturgeon Extend Win Streak to 7 With 12-2 Win Over Knights

The Sturgeon continued their early season success with a 12-2 victory over the East River Knights wrapping up a 3 game home stand. Results will be entered soon.
The Sturgeon have next weekend off for Independence Day, and then return on the road in 2 weeks, visiting Division foe Kewaunee Eagles who recorded their second win of the season this weekend. The Eagles are off to their best start in franchise history this year.
Rainout Rescheduled
The rainout from last week against the A's has been rescheduled as a doubleheader at Klipstine August 30th. Start time for the first game will be at 2:30 at Klipstine park. There will be a 45 min break between games to eat and warm up pitchers.
