Athletic physical forms are available for 2013-2014.  These forms need to completed and submitted to the CVHS Activities Office. The CVHS physical forms are available under "Handouts", or at this link CVHS Athletic Physical Clearance Packet or in the Activities office.

Capo Varsity won 3-1 over JSerra in a CIF wildcard match on May 6 at Capo.  Capo's next match is away against Loyola on Tuesday, May 7, @ 7pm.  Go Cougars!!!   

Capo Varsity received a wild-card spot for the CIF Playoffs!  The first match is at home this Monday, May 6, at 7pm vs JSerra. Come on out and show your support!  Go Capo!!!     

Capo Varsity lost a tie-breaker match for 3rd place in league to Traubuco Hills, 1-3.  Tough match for the Cougars as top 3 in league advance to CIF Playoffs.  

Capo Varsity, JV, and Frosh/Soph completed league play at San Clemente with tough losses of 1-3, 0-2, and 0-2, respectively. 

Capo Varsity, JV, and Frosh/Soph lost 1-3, 1-2, and 0-2, respectively, but battled hard against tough Dana Hills teams.   

After winning all their matches for the day, Capo lost a tough 3-game match to West Ranch HS in the semi-finals and placed 2nd out of 10 teams in the tournament in Santa Clarita.  Awesome Job Cougars!!!    

Come on out and celebrate Senior Night on Tuesday, April 23, when the boys play Dana Hills.  Hope to see you all there.  Go Cougars!!!!  

Capo Varsity, JV, and Frosh/Soph beat Tesoro 3-1, 2-1, and 2-0, respectively.  The boys play Trabuco Hills @ Trabuco this Thursday, April 18. 

Varsity lost in 3 games (16-25, 17-25, 12-25) and JV lost in 2 games (16-25, 22-25).  Still need to get Frosh/Soph scores.

The boys played hard against tough Dana Hills teams.  Capo Varsity, JV, and Frosh/Soph lost 1-3 (16-25, 12-25, 25-22, 21-25), 1-2 (27-25, 21-25, 9-15), and 0-2, respectively.  Dana Hills is ranked #3 in OC boys volleyball.  The next match will be at home against top-ranked San Clemente on Thursday, April 4.  Go Cougars!!!  

Capo Varsity won 3-1 (25-22, 25-22, 25-27, 25-19) and Frosh/Soph won 2-1 (16-25, 25-20, 15-5).  JV lost 1-2 (25-16, 10-25, 8-15).  The boys play next at Dana Hills on March 28.  Go Capo!!! 

Capo lost a tough 3-game match to Trabuco Hills in the semi-finals and placed 4th out of 42 teams in the tournament.

The boys play Trabuco Hills again this Tuesday (March 26) at Capo for the first home league game.  Go Cougars!!!

Varsity took second in their pool to Newbury Park, and then lost a tough 3-game match to Santa Barbara in the first round of playoffs. 

Capo JV wins first place at tournament in La Jolla!

Varsity sweeps Santa Margarita 3-0 and JV wins in 3 games (21-25, 25-22, 15-9).  Frosh/Soph loses a tough match.

Capo Varsity lost (0-3) to a tough San Juan Hills team Tuesday night at San Juan.  JV went to 3 games and lost a close match (25-19, 22-25, 12-15).  Frosh/Soph did not play.  Next game is Thursday, March 14, at Santa Margarita.  Go Cougars!!!

On Tuesday the Boys' Volleyball teams will play Aliso Niguel at Capo.  JV and F/S will both start at 4:30pm and Varsity will start at 6:00pm.  Go Cougars!!!!
