We WILL be having a fund raiser this year to be determined. We are currently changing over fund raising coordinatiors as Phil Fanone is leaving us after 15 years to move to sunny Florida. Once a new fund raising coordinator is identified we will pass hte fundraining information along as soon as possible.
Traditionally, families have been required to sell 2 calenders per child at a cost of $20 dollars each. Any new fundraising, if it changes, will be a long the same lines cost-wise.

In the event weather forces cancellation of games their will be two league-wide options for notifying families
1) On WWW.SOUTHLINESPORTS.ORG an ALERT will be posted at the very top of the page if games are cancelled. Please utilize this option as much as possible as the telephone number is often very busy.
2) You may call 656-0282, which is our rainout message number after 4:30.
We will make every attempt to make decisions as early as possible, but we generally make every attempt to play. PLEASE NOTE: on Saturdays it is common that games are rained out early in the day but we do play games later in the day. DO NOT ASSUME if the morning or early afternoon game is canceled that ALL are canceled.
For interleague or travel teams it is the coaches sole responsibility to notify his team. We will post cancellations of any home games.
