In May of 2023, five MLW players (Brendan Baranoski, Tommy Coughlin, Jimmy Knorp, Kyle Schultz, and Alec Warda) were featured in a Mark Rober YouTube video! Rober, a former NASA engineer turned full-time YouTuber, has amassed an astounding 24.2 million subscribers on the platform.
The video titled “This Ball is Impossible to Hit” details Mark's childhood experience playing wiffle ball and how he can now use his knowledge of science to understand why a wiffle ball behaves the way that it does. Taking things one step further, Mark decided to create a few wiffle ball gadgets of his own to try and assist him in defeating some professionals of the sport…being some of your favorite MLW players!
