Congratulations on making one of the three Aliso women's lacrosse teams!
We look forward to seeing you this Wednesday, November 30th at 7pm in the ANHS Library. We will meet to review all the information and then we will collect forms from and dismiss teams in the following order: FS/JV/Varsity
Varsity will remain after dismissal for a short meeting to discuss the team bonding weekend/camp in February..
Remember...like we tell the girls...if you are early, you're on time. If you are on time, you're late. If you're late, you're in trouble. :)
If, for some reason, a parent cannot attend, please contact me before the meeting to let me know. You can send your daughter with her forms, donations, volunteer positions you would like to help with etc., but I would like to touch base with you if possible.
I wanted to give you a chance to review the paperwork for Wednesday's meeting so we can move quickly through it, so emailed it to the address I have on file. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT ME AT ALISOATTACK@LIVE.COM ASAP.
Please take a look at this document ahead of time and bring any questions you may have . We will only have a few extra copies of this information on hand, so please take the time to print the information you need prior to the meeting.
PLEASE PRINT PAGE 2 (player agreement) AND HAVE IT AND YOUR DONATION READY TO GO WHEN YOU ARRIVE. It is very important that each team reaches their budget goals for donations in order to make the team viable. If any team does not meet it's donation expectation/budget, we will be forced to drop that team and will not be able to reassign players to other teams, so your participation is highly encouraged so that all can participate.
***By completing and turning in the donation form at the end of the meeting, your daughter willl be entered into a drawing for a new lacrosse stick ($200 value). The winner will receive her stick at our first practice.***
Please do the following BEFORE THE MEETING:
1. Read the email document.
2. Print, READ, and complete the donation page. (pg. 2)
3. Check the link in the email to make sure all of your personal contact information is up to date and email me with any
4. Decide which area you want to donate your time in so we don't have to assign you a job.
If everyone does a little bit, no one is overwhelmed and our girls benefit!
5. Formulate any other questions you feel are important and email me or bring them to the meeting.
