Please remember if you do visit our pond that is run
and operated by the community and users (not the municipality) for a skate
there are a few rules that will ensure that you are welcomed appropriately:
1.EVERYONE is expected to shovel (especially before you leave … remember
we can’t flood unless all the snow is scraped).
2.Please leave the area in better condition than you found it (take your
garbage with you, place shovels standing up in the snow, shovel before you
leave …).
3.Respect the neighbours (keep noise respectable, lights out at 10pm &
wrap the cord up out of the snow …)
4.Respect and include all levels of play.
5.Never go on the rink(s) when they are not completely frozen.
Come out and help beyond when you want to skate &
play … the upkeep is done by the users, so if you want to skate we expect you
