The CYO Board would like to encourage all 6th, 7th and 8th grade members of the parish to join the CYO.
2009 - 2010 FORMS
The CYO Handbook and the 2009-2010 Registration/Volunteer forms are available for download, just click on the "HANDOUTS" tab on the left. Print out a copy and fill in the required information (both sides). Send your completed forms along with the required fee to Ms. DiMatteo, room #23.
I.D. CARDS
I.D. cards for those students who have already registered will be distributed in school. Please see Ms. DiMatteo in room #23 if you do not receive your I.D. card and you are registered. You must present your I.D. card at the dance.
DONATIONS NEEDED FOR CHRISTMAS BAZAAR
CYO is asking for donations to be used as prizes at the Christmas Bazaar which is being held on Saturday, November 14, 2009, in the school hall.
This event, sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary, has been a tradition in our parish for many years. Each organization of the parish is asked to help out. CYO has a booth where children pick a candy cane from the Christmas tree. Some of the candy canes are tagged as winners.
We need your donations to be awarded as prizes. It would be greatly appreciated if you could send in any item(s) for the following age groups: 3-5 boys, 3-5 girls, 6-10 boys, 6-10 girls, 11-15 boys, 11-15 girls. Your child will receive aFREE DANCE PASSfor helping us out!
Please send in your donation by Friday, November 6, 2009, to Ms. DiMatteo in room #23.<1 Font>
SERVICE HOURS
Parents please be advised that all CYO members are required to perform at least 2 hours of service or they will not be permitted to attend the Ski trip which is scheduled for February 6, 2010. There are many opportunities for the students to accomplish this. We do award the student with the most service hours at our annual banquet. So please encourage your child to participate in as many service oriented events as possible.
